Why knowledge?

The economy growth accentuated the dependence of capital mobility, faster communication and international movement of people and goods, helping global globalization and global economy. The spectacular growth of international economy in recent years has affected society changes, lifestyle and allows access to native resources.

At the moment, to note that Africa, the third world is far away from this development opportunities and spelled a very small role in the global economy. Africa is rich in resources but has no major companies to import raw materials into products to make. These raw materials are exported to rich countries for lower prices and African citizens enjoy little of that commodity.

The small entrepreneurs, existing small and medium companies do not have enough competent management or managers and have difficulty competing with the West on the market because they have bad oriented model. Cases are done in individual or family scale farms. They have no known structure or training to learn about new market opportunities and the efficient investment. Hardly his wife entrepreneurs, at a time the woman turns the engine of development to be.

On the contrary, in the west to note that there are many migrants (Diaspora), well known and trained and worked at large companies with extensive knowledge and experience. These migrants can be a very big role in their country of origin under the "Knowledge transfer and training in the spirit of" Migration and Development ".

Importantly, these migrants to mobilize, sensitize if necessary training for the purpose in their turn, their countries and populations to support as part of investing, entrepreneurship and management of private investment not only send money as it is today.
